  • Hello AM team !
Hope everyone is enjoying riding their AM bike as i do 🙂
I've got one technical question for you guys :
I've got the AM1+ and i've changed my brake levers to normal one, that means brakes without the electric cut off. Now when i stop my bike by using these normal brakes, the bike does stop but i can feel that the rear wheel is still turning and sometimes still pushing me foward (so quite dangerous !). I think this behaviour is normal as the power of the rear wheel has not been cut off. Do you know if there's a parameter to change in order to automatically stop the rear wheel when you stop riding ? Thanks !

  • The rear wheel is already designed to stop automatically when you stop pedaling. Unfortunately there will always be a slight delay - and sometimes controller confusion - the results in power being applied when you don't want it to be. That's why that electric cutoff is so important. I've gone over the parameters several times and can't think of anything that would help you. That's why the brake cut-off is so important.

  • Thanks for your answer !
