The bike doesn't turn on anymore

Hi everybody!
I had a wonderful time riding my AMX LE Step since August. Since two days I am not able to turn the bike on anymore. Battery is fully loaded. I really don't know what to do. Do you have a good idea on how to solve my problem?
Things I already tried:

• stick the battery out and firmly in again
• hold long on the orange button
• press the red button and the orange button simultaniously

Hello Annika, I have been having the same problem 3 days, after 2.5 months of enjoying my AMX LE. Did you get any assistance or solution of some sort?
I have noticed that the battery seems as if it had had some burns inside.
