Big Apple tires (2" wide -- ~50 mm) on mine. Range is 2.5-5.0 bar/35-70 psi on the tire.
Any preferences/recommendations? Schwalbe had an article discussing pressures for similar tires; they recommended 2.0 bar but their tires were bigger.
For now, I have 40 psi on the front, 60 on the rear.
I would say it depends a lot on road conditions and rider weight and load on bike (i.e if using panniers or not). I started at the upper end (65 front and rear) but have gone down because the roads around me are so rough and these tires really do absorb the bumps at lower pressures. So I am 35 front, 45 rear. I am a pretty light rider (67kgs).

@lukaszgurdak thanks. Good article. I have lowered back and front to 2.5 bar. Seems really good - more comfortable and no slower.
