January has been the busiest month to date here at Analog Motion; finalising instruction manuals, building robust internal processes and future-proofing ourselves for our next stages of growth.
The AM1s have Landed!
Great news! The AM1s have landed in the UK, right on cue. We would love to show you, but the not so great news is that they are currently awaiting customs clearance and have been for over a week. We hoped this would not be the case, but it is an unfortunate fact of how these things work.
It is very frustrating for us as we have worked tirelessly to make sure the AM1s arrived on time, only to incur a delay that is completely outwith our control. Once the first shipment has been cleared, all the other shipments should clear customs smoothly and without drama!
We are making every effort possible to get them through as quickly as possible. We will update you and the Delivery Schedule as soon as they are moving again.
Distributors and Build Local Program
We are expanding our global presence and working with some fantastic partners to grow our brand and AM1 support network. This means that if should you need some hands-on support from a trained and certified local bike store, it will soon be available.
Amongst other European countries, we are continuing to grow in Germany and France, so if you are a bike store owner, retailer or distributor (or know someone that is) please get in touch to discuss bulk orders and our Build Local Program.
Please Customise your Order!
There are still a number of you who have not yet customised your order. Unless you do this we will not know what bike you want and we cannot ship your AM1 until you do. Your order is at risk of being delayed if you do not. The instructions can be found here. We urge you to do it as soon as possible and we are on-hand to support you if needed.
