Thanks for all your feedback and comments this week. It’s incredible seeing so many AMX’s out in the world, be ridden, and being loved. Moments like these are hugely encouraging and motivating during such a busy time. See an update from founder, Nav, below;

There is still a backlog of support inquiries and we are working day and night to get through these. For technical support you may find answers in our FAQ’s and failing that our forum is rapidly picking up pace as the place to share and learn.

We are building new processes to communicate more accurate timings with you so if you are still waiting on your AMX you can expect to hear from us via email. Please note that most of the questions that come through our support email are already answered in the FAQ’s or on the Forum. By emailing us multiple times, it slows down the speed at which we can reply to your message so we kindly request backers to send a single message and know that it will 100% be seen and dealt with by one of us.

So please be patient with us, we appreciate and understand the urgency of your queries and we are doing everything we can to get back to you.

For those who have already received their bikes please stay engaged on the indiegogo comments and forums and share your experiences, tips and recommendations.

We have shipped more bikes in the last three weeks than in the first 8 months of last year. Shipping is continuing relatively smoothly.
